Default What are these boxes called?



I know I've seen them around, especially for Christmas and it seems they have disappeared! I can't even find a tutorial for them. Who came up with them orginally? Anyone have a template? Thanks!

It's a "twist top box."

It's a pretty common packaging design. I suspect it has been independently "invented" many times over the years.

could be a variation on the Christmas cracker that you pull the ends , it pops, and little prizes are inside, but it looks too stiff for that
