Tiny Pencil Top Cards

Here are the instructions for the pencil toppers:

Take a piece of cs : 4 1/4 x 1 3/8

Cut to shape of template....

Stamp on the 1x1 inch square piece and attach it to the topper. The pencil gets threaded through the middle circle and the top and bottom circles overlap -

I did some fooling around - here is a printable template!

Just remember the dimensions are 4 1/4 x 1 3/8

Fold on the dark line - punch the circles - the pencil goes through the middle circle - then goes through the bottom and top circles - they are overlaping!
