Default static on window sheets

I tried making a shaker card using course salt as show... when I went to put on the window sheet, the static on the sheet made the salt stick everywhere, encluding the mounting tape. Anyone have suggestion to get rid of the static. Let me know, thanks, Karen

I don't really know... maybe rub it with a dryer sheet?

A dryer sheet or a swiffer dry cloth work

Default Static on window sheets

I LOVE to make shaker cards, but hate the static. I use a spray bottle of Static Guard your can buy at the grocery store. Spray it onto a kleenex or paper towel and rub the kleenex onto the window sheet and the cardstock and no static!

This might sound strange, but someone here once said to wash the sheet with soap and water, then rinse, then wipe dry with a dish towel. I tried it, and it really does work!

I can tell you NOT to use the embossing buddy - leaves white powder on the acetate.
