Default Scalloped Circle Spellbinder card - HELP

I know I have seen a tutorial somewhere/sometime, but can't find it when I want it!

I want to fold my c.s and cut with a Spellbinders scalloped circle but the fold is either cut off or not scalloped enough (does this make sense?) I have seen cards made with smooth circles with an overlay of a scalloped mounted circle but this is not the look I want. Could someone please post a link to a tutorial or explain how to do it. Thanks so much.

Scalloped Notecards with Spellbinder's Dies - YouTube

This video uses the scalloped square but I would think it would be done the same way, just leave a little bit of the circle off of the fold. Hope this is what you are looking for

Hi Karen,

For a circular card to be completely circle, you will have to cut the card base as well as a another circle to tape over the card base.

To cut the card base, fold your cardstock in half, line up your die over the fold, making sure you don't cut that all the way. Then adhere your full circle over the card base, covering the fold.

You can see what I mean under Variation in the Easel Card Tutorial. Just ignore the extra score line in the card base shown in the first image.

Happy New Year!

Well, I would post some of my cards that I have made, but unable to do so. No means of posting my cards

What a great question this was... how to make those scalloped circle cards. I visited some of the sites mentioned and found them to be extremely useful and creative. Just have to get myself in gear to make some of them!
