Default Reverse Spotlighting
I have seen some cards that list a Reverse Spotlighting technique, but I can't seem to find a link to this and I would love to try it because I really like the look. Is it similiar to what I found is Reverse Masking? I am pretty new to stamping and have just ventured out into trying new things but I love this. If anyone could give me any pointers or help I would greatly appreciate it!
