Pull tab type card

I am looking for directions for a card that has the slider thingy using a penny to move an object across the card revealing a message.

I have been hunting but cant seem to put my finger on what I am thinking.

The only one I've ever used a penny for is the spinner card, but that doesn't exactly reveal a message.
