PARCHMENT PAPER
I won a draw prize at a local Rubber Stamping store. It was a roll of Parchment paper.
I DID use some that I stamped and wrapped around a tall glass votive candle. But I don't know what else to do with it? I WOULD like to use it to make some cards or use it for a scrapbook page, but I'm NOT sure HOW to actually USE this paper. Is it like using Vellum? I would appreciate anyone's input or suggestions. To Deipara
Thank you for your reply. :0)
The Parchment paper I won, looked pretty stamped w Fall Leaves. I glued it onto the tall candle and when it was lit, looked very pretty. Its just that I would like to try some other ideas for making cards or a scrapbook book page, but not sure how to use it? Stampin Busia |
Try embossing it

Thanx Cathy H!
I will try to emboss and see what happens. It shouldn't burn too easily, especially if one can put it in the oven to bake cookies! :0) Stampin Busia |
Look on www.ellenhutson.com. She has lots of tools for parchment craft and did a tutorial on SCS a few weeks ago on paper piercing. She sells pergamano (or pergamo) supplies, and ornare borders and templates. You can make really lacy looking paper designs.
