Brainstorming needed-I have to go to an engagement party. The theme is entertainment. I thought I would do up a paint can, how about some ideas with what to put in it with the theme of entertainment Also, what stamp set should I use? I just know you ladies will help me come up with something, please

Question is do you want to do more of a gag type gift or a real gift???
First thing that came to my mind was them entertaining themselves - body oils, candles, bubble bath type things......
then I thought of the eatable undies and those kind of things (for the gag type gift)
But then I thought if you wanted to be more conservative you could purchase movie rental card and put popcorn, candy, cokes etc in the paint can.
As for the set hmmmm..... I am not sure bout that - have never done a paint can.
Good luck

Default Paint can theme

I posted this under the wrong heading before. Here's an idea you might try:

I saw this in a book yesterday "Gift Ideas" AWESOME book, I should have bought it.

They had a sample of a paint can done collage style but they offered ideas you could use the can for (decorated differently of course), one was an entertainment can. Put a pack of popcorn, candy and a blockbuster gift card for movies; something along those lines. You could also stuff in there some hand-made entertainment trivia cards.

They also recommended using SB page instead of CS b/c it's difficult to get it to stick arond the can.

Other ideas in the book: A baby shower can (for someone expecting of course), a birthday can. I think any of the survival kits we do in the cello bags would work great with the cans, you just need to expand whaT goes in them. I'm thinking a PMS can! Nothing like a can full of chocolate to lift your moods.

I have done this type of gift for a while, for those who are hard to buy for. Instead of a paint can, I do a big popcorn bowl! You can usually get them for about $1 at Wal-Mart! I put in a movie or movie card, popcorn, candy, coke, if it is a sad movie, kleenex. It is lots of fun!
