Is this possibly what you are referring to?

Found this version by JanTink

Nugget Sleeves:

Wheel your cardstock first.

Then cut pieces 1 1/2 x 5 1/2.

Score at 2 1/4 and 3 1/4

Bend sides up. Put some mono in the space in the middle on the inside (that's what your nugget sticks to. Punch two holes in the top through both layers with the rectangle punch to put your ribbon through. Decorate the front as desired.

Probably. Do you have a link so that I can see a pic. Also, what does roll your paper first mean?

I couldn't find a picture of it just the directions.

Rollin the paper -
I have no idea unless it it is to break it down a little to make it easier to manipulate it.

Like just curl it up and roll it back and forth would be my guess.

Sorry I can't help more there!

I thought it said "wheel" and I took it to mean use a Stampin' Wheel to decorate the paper ? Maybe?

Aren't we funny. Sometimes things just don't click right away. I was so confused at first, and then the post came through I felt so dumb. LOL!

Default Purses or nugget tents

I don't know how to get a picture on here but could send you and e-mail picture this weekend if you could send your e-mail address to send a private message. I have 2 different kinds I have made in the past and they are great for shower favors or thank you's. I have also taught these to non-stampers group(a painting group) and they made them and sold them for 50 cents each at a gathering they had out of state. Have a wonderful sunny day.
