Default Making Word Window Punch Longer

I saw a link to a tutorial here, once, that had to do with using the word window punch in a new way to make a longer word window. I can't find it anywhere. Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

To make the actual window longer, you would just punch one window, then move the punch toward the end of the window you just punched and overlap the ends of the punched windows to keep the edges of the finished window even. Clear as mud?

punch --> slide to overlap rounded ends and make window the length you want, line up to be sure edges are straight --> punch again

Check out this thread: Word Window Wow Workshop for lots of ideas.

HTH!

check Gina K Designs blog - she has one there. I can't link to it right now because I am at work, or I would give you the link. It's in tutorials on the left hand side of the page, I think.

Not sure if you're wanting a longer hole or cut piece but here's a tutorial to make a longer tag punch -- same idea would work with the word window.
