I tell ya, Im a SU! but Holy Cow this catalog has stuff I havent seen in stores(and definitely not in SU!) Maybe I should send Pam Morgan a copy!! LOL www.paperwishes.com

I bought a set of 18 Fiskars-like decorative Scissors from Costco, and they came with a caddy (like a lazy susan) and it was only $20! (Canadian) The 'postage' style scissor was among them!
I used postage scissors to cut the edges on this card. They just give you a small tight scallop postage stamp look.
This is my first post here. I would like to know how to make the Faux Postage Stamps. I understand that I will need special scissors, but how do I make the dotted lines?
You go to the resource page where the instructions are.
On step one, you'll see a clickable link where you can download and print the faux stamp template: Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
Then you cut it out, make your acetate or cardstock mask and stamp away!
