Default How does flocking powder stick?

I have a customer that bought some flocking powder last year and she said that she has not been able to make it stick. Does anyone have any suggestions that have used it? Thanks!

p.s. the flocking powder is not in the current catalog. she said it is supposed to give a furry effect.

I use my glue pen to color the glue inside the image (usually button bear ) and then add the flock. The excess will rub off when dry. HTH!
