How to do Reverse Imaging

Can anyone tell me how to do reverse imaging? Do you have to use a certain type of stamp? Thanks! :p

My SU demo showed this at my party a couple of weeks ago. You need a brayer with the brown roller. Anyway, you ink the stamp, roll the brayer over it so that the ink transfers to the brayer. Then re-ink the stamp and stamp it on the paper. Then line up the bottom of the image that is on the brayer with the bottom of what you just stamped and roll the brayer toward you. It makes a really neat reflection. She showed us with the tree set that is in the current mini-catalog. Hope this is what you were looking for. I haven't tried it yet, but it is definately in the got to try that file.

I saw a product being sold at a craft store. It was basically a large blank rectangle. You were supposed to ink your regular stamp, stamp it onto the blank rubber, and then use that new (now reversed) inked image to stamp your cardstock. I tried this at home using an animal stamp and then the rectangle from "The Shape of Things" (retired) and it worked ok. It was a little light though, sort of like the light color you get if you stamp off.
