I was looking at the challenge for the Celery, Caribbean, Regal Rose combo, and came up on the card from tayloredexpressions. How did she do that scalloped edge? It is beautiful. Do you use your scissors for the edge then go back and put a little hole in each of the curves? Then there is a color around the hole. The card is just beautiful!!!
Any answers would be appreciated!!
Thanks!!
Cindy

I'm a little late with the answer so maybe you already read it on my blog. You're right!! I cut around it with my scalloped scissors, pierced each scallop, and then traced around each piercing with white gel pen.
