Default horizontal pocket cards

anyone has measurements for the horizontal pocket cards? I would like to make some of my christmas cards this way, but have no idea about measurements!

Here are the directions I have:
Sideways pocket directions:
1. Cut cardstock to 8.5 x 5.5.

2. Score your paper at 4.25 inches just like a normal 1/4 sheet card.
3. Position your folded card so the fold is at the BOTTOM of the card.
4. Fold down 1.5 inches (or somewhere about that, whatever looks good on your card) toward the fold.
5. Glue down the right and left sides forming a pocket.
6. You now have a pocket card with a flap that you can decorate any way
you choose!
