I noticed that you are at Vandenberg, we were stationed there about 3 years ago. I just love it, except for those darn black birds that make so much noise in the morning!

okay-totally off topic-but Jovi please say this in your best Chandler from Friends voice:

"Could he BE any hotter?"

Okay-for the glitter if you want the whole image sparkly the easiest way is by using Heat and Stick Powder. If you just want it in certain areas to highlight I think 2 way or Liquid Glue is the best.
With aglitter window you basically punch out a square or circle shape, then cover the openeing with packing tape (clear) so teh sticky side is in the front. Then pour on the glitter!

I guess I have a stupid question. Do you actually stick the packaging tape to the front of the card and then cover it with cardstock around the opening or do you glue it to the back of the card with the adhesive side on the back to put glitter on? I have been mulling this over for weeks in my spare time. LOL

katiestamper,

Stick the packing tape to the inside of the card front with the sticky side facing towards the front/top, ie, when you look at the card front, the sticky side should be towards you. Hope that makes sense.

Ice Cream Party

I would cover the ice cream with crystal effects and the either sprinkle glitter on it or lay it in glitter, depending on how much you want on it.

I have seen a card done this way and it was really nice.
