My DH and I plan to make the glass Christmas ornaments this weekend with the glitter inside. I've seen a lot of discrepancy about what to use for the "glue" inside the ball. What's gonna work the best and last? Has anyone experimented? I was thinking of using the Ceramcoat varnish.
That is what I use all the time. I have ornaments that are 5 or 6 years old and still look great! You can use either the gloss or the matte...doesn't make mush difference. I drain the glass ornaments over paper cups to get most of the extra varnish out after the inside is coated. Have fun. This is a very popular technique with my ladies.
