Question flower template new catalog

Is anyone aware of as flower template for the gift box
on page 46 of the new fall winter catalog?
It is like 6 individual mini cones glued together, I think
it has a unique look and could get by without a bow.
according to the stampin supplies page description, it must
be a 1/16 inch scallop punch, but the punches are not listed
as such in the accessory section. Any help please,
I'm not a demo, of course.

The supplies list the scallop circle punch. I think they must have cut in to the center of the circle and then just rolled it into a cone.

Your query piqued my interest so I tried one and I think I might have figured it out:

1) Punch out 6 scalloped circles. Fold them in half each way but only crease the center....this marks the middle of each piece.

2) Cut in towards the center but as you reach the middle turn your scissors slightly to the left so you are cutting out a piece that is one scallop bigger than half. Save the piece that has 8 scallops on it and throw away the other piece.

3) Roll each piece into a cone. Overlap the first and last scallop and glue it together.

4) Glue 3 cones together. Glue 3 more together and then glue the two sets of three together to form a flower made of 6 cones.
