I saw the Feathered Hope card made by DawnL. Could someone tell me how to do the faux panels? Thanks

you must mean this card Gallery at Splitcoaststampers ;) the panels with the flannel is just bordered with black marker...makes it look layered, just take your ruler and marker...voila! you have a 'faux' layer!
