Can anyone tell me the dimentions of the explosion boxes?

I wasn't sure what you were talking about, but I was very curious. I found this website with 3 different templates. The last one was very good.

Oops I read your question too quickly. You were looking for dimensions... Explosion boxes can actually be any size. I like to make the base out of a 7.5" X 7.5" square and score 2.5" in from each side. Then I use a 3-7/8" X 3-7/8" square to make the lid and I score 5/8" in from each side.
