I have done endless searches and PM'd people about how to emboss on the acetate and not have the EP stick to everything including the image! I have tried the embossing buddy and that did not work at all. I don't mind using a small brush to get little bits off, but it just seems to stick to the whole surface! Any help is appreciated!

I have two suggestions:
1. Don't use detail embossing powder. Some are great, but most will leave a fine powder on your acetate, even after the use of the embossing buddy.
2. Get some Static Guard (or similar product to take out static electricity, can be found in electronic stores). Spray your acetate lightly before using your embossing buddy, then stamp with the embossing ink and emboss.
Make sure your ink is really juicy, too. Then you can sprinkle your powder and give the acetate a better shake or tap to gt rid of the stray powder. The really wet ink will grab your powder and hold it better where you want it!
