Criss-Cross Border Punch technique?

Hi! I saw a cute card made using SU's corner rounder with the guard removed. They had posted directions, but I can't seem to make them work for me. Is there a blog with instructions on how to do this technique, maybe with a video for the challenged?:rolleyes: If anyone can offer any guidance on how to do this, I really want to give it a try!
