Default Card Organizer help

Hello all you talented ladies,
I am making a card organizer and I found LunarLana's wonderful instructions.Thank you LunarLana so much they are great instructions.
All I need now is the template for the months.I can not get it straight on MS Word.Does anyone have a template by chance.

It's a book with a little pocket for each month. You can keep track of birthdays for each month and slide the cards you have ready into the pockets. I loaned mine to a friend, so I can't take a picture of it.

I have a picture of the cover, and the insert pockets. Attached below are the instructions from LunarLana's gallery. It was very easy! I love easy things that have such great results!

Jodi,

I wanted to say thank you for figuring out the measurements on the spine. I went with a 12x12 and cut it down the first time but yours is so much easier! Kinda funny really cause I think you and I uploaded our books at the same time. Wonder what newsletter group we belong to? LOL
