Default Butterfly Fold

I was at anchor paper recently and saw a card on the wall that had a butterfly done out of a scallop punched circle. Does anyone know how to do this?

It is like the dahlia fold, where you punch a circle, except using the scallop circle and then fold it into a butterfly shape. I've googled and sifted through tons of stuff, I just keep seeing origami butterflies and that isn't what it was.

Really neat fold but looks a bit labor intensive especially for people like me who have very long fingernails.:-D
