On Board Accents
Hi,
I've seen a lot of the on board accents covered with the designer series paper. What are you doing to adhere it to the accent? How are you distressing the adges? I would love to hear your ideas! Thanks |
There was a tutorial not long ago on this. Check under Resources and then Chipboard and Patterned Paper. I just use a glue stick to adhere the chipboard onto the back of the paper. Then cut out and sand edges if need be. Looks great!

sponging the edges with ink works too, along with using a gold or silver leaf pen to go around the edges. You can do all kinds of stuff to chipboard. Paint it , emboss it, cover it. Cut holes in it and add brads or ribbon. Its fun stuff

I've used the spray-on adhesive, I think it's Krylon brand, but not sure, that I've found both at Walmart and Michael's. It's quick and effective. For the edges, I've done sanding and inking. Looks great!
