Default Baby Wipe techniques--w/ or w/o alcohol?

I don't remember and can't find if you should use baby wipes with or without alcohol when doing either the swipe or "stamp pad" baby wipe techniques. (Of course, the alcohol would be with the wipe, not you.)
Thanks.

I don't think there's a specific with/without on those techniques but the baby wipes in my craft space are always alcohol-free since those are best for cleaning stamps (as Mary say, alcohol dries the rubber) so I use those for any baby wipe techniques.
