Default Attaching Transparencies

I have seen in magazines where they have had transparency shapes or partial pieces over layouts or cards. What I don't know is how they make them stick. There are no brads, eyelets etc. Is there some clear drying glue I don't know about? I've tried some that I have but the transparencies always "pop-off". Any ideas?

Thanks for any ideas!

Cool

I usually end up covering the edge (where transparency meets cs) with ribbon or something like that. One thing I do with vellum is to use TINY amounts of crystal effects in a few places. HTH

I have seen the transparency / acetate piece run through a large xyron - and to my surprised worked great and you could not see the adhesive at all

You can also attach them using Crystal Effects or Diamond Glaze. It will dry clear.

I have one card in my gallery with the clear film. I adhered it with SU's mini glue dots, then covered the dots with ribbon.

In a chat tonight, someone suggested using crackle glaze underneath for a neat effect. She, nor I, have tried it, but it sounds interesting.

I think that they make a spray glue that you can use. I would assume any spray glue would work, but I think I saw a glue for use on vellum that would work. I know that Craft Warehouse had a bunch of different kinds and did JoAnns
