If you are like me, you are frantically finishing up cards for Dare to Get Dirty this week, since the deadline is coming up soon. SO, I have something easy-peasy for you today AND it fits my *Pile It On* Dare to Get Dirty Challenge as well.
The challenge: Simply layer your ribbon—only 2 layers are required, but more layers can be fun.
Some tips and ideas: Twine or gold thread can be on top for an extra small layer. The bottom layer can be two of the same ribbon side by side to make it wider--whatever you put on top will cover the gap. Banner-style is an option to consider (see attachment). Finally, whatever you do, if you keep it flat (no knots or bows) it doesn’t add extra postage, but it does add extra pizzazz to your design.
This is a repeat of TLC163 from way back in 2008. Here is a link to that
old TLC163 gallery. Most of us don’t have much patterned ribbon these days, but after browsing the old gallery, I kind of wanted some for this challenge. I do have stripes and polka dots. What's in your stash?

Remember to use the keyword
TLC909 when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.
ALSO use the keyword
DTGD22rubyheartedmomA for your card to appear in that gallery. The Dirty Girls are working extra hard to spread the love during DTGD! I also would put
DTGD22 to make sure your card shows up in a DTGD keyword search. Show off in as many galleries as possible! (I've given you FOUR galleries to show off in today!)
If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
