Default TLC745 ~ EOINA: Stamp Etching ~ {06/03/2019}

Happy Monday to you all; as we start into June (how did it get to be June already??) it's time for an Everything Old is New Again challenge. I'd had something else in mind, but when the IC hit the milestone of 700 recently it set me to looking back over some of the TLC milestone challenges. Many of them were a free choice from a certain range, but our TLC500 was Stamp Etching, and I thought we would revisit that today.

You will need a fine black pen, an open line-art image and Lydia's tutorial which is found in our Tutorials section right HERE. (So make sure to choose Technique Spotlight from the first dropdown menu, and Stamp Etching from the second, to add to our inspirational technique gallery).

Have fun creating!
You can either leave your image black and white (as I did for my sample today) or colour it (as I did for my sample back in September 2014), or try it on coloured cardstock.

Here's a link to our TLC745 EOINA:Stamp Etching gallery

Here's my card: TLC745 Lotus and Daisies

Remember to use the keyword TLC745 (and you may also use TLC500) when you are uploading. It's helpful (to the hostesses for sure!) if you come back and leave a link on this thread .

If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:

1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

I forgot to include a picture of what my stamp looked like before the "etching":

If you want to check out the Technique Spotlight gallery for inspiration, you can do that here: Stamp Etching

I had to go off the grid a bit with this challenge as I really don't own many stamps that are not already heavily lined from the manufacturer.

Default TLC745 Oh Deer

I've been on vacation for awhile and missed all my SCSer's. Great to be back with a new-to-me technique. Thanks, Sabrina and Lydia.
It's a kooky card but will bring smiles to the recipients.

I remade the center of my flowers because I did not like the way they looked yesterday. Here's the new picture.
