TLC701 ~ Collage Stamped Background ~ {7/30/18
Hello and Welcome to another fun TLC Challenge.
I'm excited to be hosting today and I have a fun challenge for you.
I love using multiple stamps to create fun and interesting backgrounds for my cards.
I like to challenge myself to see how many different stamps I can accumulate on one card!
We all have so many stamps that just sit, so I hope you will pull them out and play along with my challenge.
Here are the steps I use when creating a collage background:
1. I like to mask off an area on my card front but that isn't necessary.
2. Assemble your stamps and decide what you color palette will be.
3. Stamp at least 7 different images onto your background.
4. When you are happy with the background, stamp over that using black with another image or just a sentiment.
Please tell us how many stamps you used to create your card ; I used a total of 12.
Hope you have fun and get some more mileage from your stamp collection.
Be sure to add the keyword TLC701 to your card so it can be added to the gallery.
The card I created for the challenge is called

Please come and play along with us!

Super-fun challenge. I got all the stamping done before work while I drip-dried after my shower
TLC701 Sunrise in the Forest
And here are the stamps I used. Now I need to colour another piece of tissue paper, because the one I used this morning had been intended for something else. I am happy because I mostly only use the two realistic butterflies in Papillon Potpourri and it was good to use these two.

What a wonderful challenge, Karen! It's just what I needed to get back in the stamping groove after spending a week on the road. I think I used 11 stamps.
Here's
mine .

I am a big fan of collages - but never seem to remember this technique. Since I already had my Botanicals stamp set out, the inspiration for this card came quickly. I used 7 different stamps and seven different colors.
Thanks for the challenge!

Hi
I tried out this challenge on a monochromatic Black and white themed card for Unity. I used 8 different images on the background. This is the first Unity set I ever purchased : )
Card is

One is more beautiful than the next. I am going to try this technique soon. Should just go use all the stamps I have sitting out and let the chips fall where they may.

I worked on this right away, but was slow getting a photo taken. I pulled out at least 5 sets, but only used 3 of them. I did use 9 stamps from those sets. Fun challenge.

This was fun. I used the balloon strings bg stamp, rotating the cs and changing colors, to get a plaid, before adding the other texture stamps.
