Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot or from the challenge theme itself? Remember, your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not a requirement. Just have fun!
It's the last Tuesday of the month so that means it's time for our Teapot Tuesday Tickle Challenge
This week's challenge is brought to you by guest hostess: Dr Sonja, Sonja
CHALLENGE:
Like most of us here, I have made many friends on SCS. I have even had the opportunity to meet a few in real life. Maybe you have, too. And, many of us make comments such as “Wouldn’t it be fun if we could spend some time together?”
My July Teapotter challenge is to use your imagination to come up with a fantasy vacation for you and a SCS friend. I’m going to wave my imaginary magic wand and give you an unlimited budget, perfect health, ideal weather, plenty of time, and no travel restrictions! Make a card depicting where you want to travel on this fantasy trip. Of course, you won’t know exactly who your travel companion is until Sabrina sends you the drawing results on Sunday, but for this challenge, let’s just assume anything goes—after all, it’s a fantasy vacay!
Ideas might be as wild as climbing Mt. Everest (Remember, in this fantasy trip you are perfectly fit without any exercise or oxygen needed!), as soothing as enjoying a beach in Maui (Swimsuit body and adult beverages are included in the fantasy.), or as simple as showing your SCS buddy around your home town and sipping tea on the veranda. Your fantasy vacation can be anything you love!
EPEC(extra points for extra cookies): instructions are given in the thumbnails below for making a fun travel folio. Two interior pockets allow you to tuck inan itinerary to outline the attractions, include mock tickets and/or restaurant menus, wardrobe suggestions, reading list, weather guide, or anything else that will excite and enthuse your mystery SCS travel companion. Let your imagination run wild and have fun!
SEND CARDS TO: This week our destination is each other! Once a month, we send our cards to each other!
Check out THIS NEW THREAD in the TEApot Tuesday Extras Forum. If you are participating in the card exchange please go to this thread and follow the instructions. Make sure to sign up by bedtime on Saturday 31st July, 2021. Your destination recipient will be PM'd to you.

Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT679 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Send your request to jacqueline via PM or e-mail [email protected]. Include SCS Teaparty Request in the subject line.
This sounds fun. I hope I can find some time to play...so busy with DTGD samples and visitors
..eek.

My project isn't quite complete to my satisfaction but close enough for now. Because I will be gone next week, it won't be sent until the second week of August. I know where I want to go with my BFNM:
Inside: Japanese Garden (inside)
Front: Japanese Garden

What a FUN project, thank you Sonja and Sabrina!
We live only four hours from the Smokies and make the trip often, but, alas, my dh is not a stamper, so my fantasy vacation is for a fella Teapotter to join me for a Smoky Mountains Stamp Retreat.
Here is my travel folio.
I think we need to bake up a big batch of cookies this month - kudos to everyone who used Sonja's great fold for extra points, extra cookies! I know I enjoyed it and will make it again - even though it's not a standard European business envelope so I will be making a custom one ready for mailing next week.
MMTPT679 Victorian Bed & Breakfast
Sonja this was a great idea! I always wanted to stay in a Victorian Bed & Breakfast for a week. That sounds like heaven.

I am playing Challenge cardmaking, from new to old and hopefully, doing some catching up!
My fantasy vacation is a 4-month USA trip to all the best destinations to view fall colors. This trip would have to start in mid- to late August to Alaska's Denali National Park via a cruise/ train excursion and end in Florida and the southern states, possibly doing some RV traveling as well to parts of the U.S.
