I just got an email from Sherry, in appreciation of all the cards she has received:

So that you could pass on to your group what a delight it has been to receive so many cards from all over the country and Beyond. Where I sit in my recliner during the day gives me a great view of the path way out to the mailbox. When Earl comes back with a handful of mail, I feel a little sense of anticipation. I love how each card is totally unique, clearly made with love and caring. It has certainly brought a smile to my face and brightened up my days. Thanks to you for organizing this and thanks to all the split Coast stampers for their creative efforts. Pat, I hope I run into you sometime this year so I can give you a big hug in person. I am so thankful you all could send a card. I know it's a lot to ask, but if an occasional card could still be sent, so she has an ongoing stream of greetings, that would be wonderful. I do SO appreciate you all for doing this, and she does too!
