Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something of the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, sending your card to the listed guest of honor is 100% voluntary - it's not a requirement but will be very well appreciated. Just have fun! This week's challenge hostess is: ShoeGirl/Lisa CHALLENGE: Oh how fun we get to celebrate Margaretha's big birthday with her. Let's add a bow to our cards today for her.
CARD TYPE/THEME: Birthday, Cheerful, Thinking of You, Sunshine, Hello
JustForMe427 (Rosalia) requested a teaparty for her friend, Margaretha who will be turning 102 this month! Margaretha is in a nursing home and has limited interaction due to Covid-19 so, unfortunately, there will be no big birthday bash this year. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate…teapotter style. Let’s help make Margaretha’s birthday one to remember and fill her room with happy hugs. Margaretha is from Holland (her last name is pronounced “pineapple” – how fun). She loves tulips – especially red and yellow ones – and, she also loves cats.

Here's mine, minus the dimensional bow I originally planned, but with a punched one instead. I just have to make an envelope as I accidentally used an off-size card base.
Lisa a great challenge using bows!! My friend's sister and her always
joke about a grape juice incident that happened between them. So she
wanted me to make her a grape juice card.

HERE is mine! Super sweet destination and I enjoyed doing it!

Playing my Challenge Catch-cup cardmaking, this card is for my soon to be "2" granddaughter's birthday. The challenge says make a birthday card with a bow for a 102 birthday girl. Mine is a birthday card with a bow for a 2 year-old girl, and it is also red, one of the favorite colors noted for the challenge.
