It's the last Tuesday of the month, so it's Tickle a Teapotter time again and this month we are delighted to have
Wanda (Wendy2512) as our hostess, stepping out at the head of the May Day parade.
Here, in her own words, is her challenge for us.
Well girls, Now Elley , Trish, and Jessie, were all in charge, of their towns coming up May-day “Teapot”Parade. It is a huge day in “Kettle” valley. The worst thing is the group they had coming with all the floats cancelled out their “HELIUM” tank nozzle broke and they are still waiting for parts and won’t be able to blow up all their balloons in time. and the marching band got double booked and had to cancel as well…”OIVEY” “What are we going to do guys”? Elley said.
Don’t we still have the Jazz stage band at least?” Jessie said.
"No," Elley said, "the lead trumpeter got majorly chapped lips and can’t play for like 2 weeks he emailed me back yesterday..."
“I have not heard back from the “CLOWN SQUAD” either”.Trish said, “Or the amusement Mad teapotter ride and the flower-pot Ferris wheel ride, last I heard they were finishing up until the end of the month at their other gig and not sure if they can get to ours in time for May 1st.”They said they would try, but not 100% sure.”
" If the generator doesn't start working soon either we won't be able to make the Sno-Cones either..."
"NOOOOO" all the girls cried
“Hey” Jessie said. “I know a bunch of wonderful ladies and they are part of a “tea-Party “ group. They would fit in perfectly for our Kettle Valley Tea Parade.”
“ Call them up Jessie”, Ellie and Trish said in unison.
So girls……you know what that means. CHALLENGE:
Lets bring a parade. Let’s bring in balloons, floats, clowns, rides, decorated bikes for the bike parade, and some music too.Lets help Ellie, Trish and Jessie keep Kettle Valley’s parade the talk of the valley as it always has been.

Be sure to use KEYWORD MMTPT562 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card! o you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Post your request HERE or send a PM to jacqueline.
Super challenge Wanda. Here for parades we see many kids in wagons being pulled to the perfect spot for a parade. So this image was immediately what came to mind for a parade tea party.
I'll have to wait until I get back to Wisconsin to make my card! Now, I'll have lots of time to dream up a parade while on the long drive back! Hmmmm...

Oh, a May Day festival, how fun is that. I've found us a budding rock star to provide some music. Who knows, this might be your chance to see him before he's totally famous.
