We Need a Chef Stat, The Souffle Has Gone Flat
Note: Anyone is welcome to play! You automatically become a Teapotter the first time you play in our challenge. Also, you do not have to write a story. You just have to be inspired by the teapot or by the story about this week's location! Have fun! The Rest of the Story:
1: From the time she was a little girl, Silly Sassy Susie has loved to cook. She loves the planning, the prep work, the plating and the presentation. She most of all loooooooves to eat it too....(tee hee). So it was no surprise to anyone that she was going to choose to become a chef after high school. She got jobs here and there with any and everyone that would teach her some of their tricks until she could earn enough to pay the tuition to prestigious Cooking Institute of America (the CIA for short)
2: And along the way, she developed some recipes on her own, experimenting as she went and all her friends were willing taste testers-well, most of the time anyway- and she has quite a following for her yummy concoctions. But finally she has made it to cooking school and graduated with honors; she is now back home and ready to put her skills to the test and open her doors to all her loyal fans and soon to be new fans.
3: She has been planning this for years and she has things lined out to the N'th degree. Right down to how many plates, cups, and even napkins she needs. Things are beginning to fall into place, and the building is ready, the equipment in place, the tables arranged nicely, the awnings out front in snappy green and white stripe to go along with her "natural, whole foods" menu. She has a rotating menu ready to go, deliveries scheduled and her nerves are about as frayed as the fashionable hemp cloth napkins at each place setting.
4: Silly Sassy Susie is running here and there, making sure all is in order and barking out orders through the swinging door to the back kitchens. And ???? wait a minute....there aren't any sounds of activity back there....no chopping noise...no slicing and dicing going on....no whirring of blenders....RUT ROH!!!! "WHERE are my sous chefs" she yells...to no one because she is the only one there.....
Challenge Translation:
Chefs!! we need sous chefs, fat chefs, thin chefs (don't trust them myself but if you do, it's ok), even old chefs. Just forget about the doggie chefs though or it's the back door for you
