I was waiting till I was at the computer before asking about this, surprised that nobody else posted but wanted to be sure it wasn't just on my phone.
I have no images in the newsletter this week. (As it happened,I had already seen them by going into the Tutorials section, so was surprised when the email came through as below - normally the email is my only port of call).
It's only SCS, any and all other newsletters come with images displaying perfectly, and I do have "always display external images" selected in my gmail settings.
Issues both on PC (Chrome, Windows 11) and phone (Android v12) in the GMail app and logging in through browser.
Hi there. For the last two weeks, the Weekly Inkling has had all of its graphics missing. This doesn't happen with any other emails. The links work. here I have Gmail too. and Tiry using Microsoft Edge and google chrome same things Thanks Hotwheels
Me too. I reported it last week but thought it was just me as nobody else chimed in. Same today - I was going to wait till tomorrow when I would also have checked on the PC, but it sounds as if that will be the same again. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Gmail app and also logged in through browser on Android 12.
Last week also checked on desktop, up to date Chrome in Windows 11.
UnderstandBlue, there are no comments below or above from you. This is the only page in the merged thread, from what I can see. Are we waiting for the provider to provide some updated code? Or has the graphics folder moved or been renamed causing the links to break? It's not the end of the world, lol, just would be nice for some things to start working again 😊

But since it followed ScrapJanny's statement that she was receiveding it normally, I read it (maybe misread it!) that Lydia too meant she could also see it normally.
You can always see the full newsletter with graphics in the onsite archive. Click on Tutorials over in the top right corner, and then under the Splitcoast Tutorials header on the left, you will see several listings including Newsletters.
If everyone in this thread can post their email provider that will help.
I have 2 emaill But, one Gmail [email protected] is the one it is happening on. window 11 Microsoft edged so fawned to [email protected]. And work today on that account. Thanks Linda
Yeah, so far 100% of the issues have come from gmail accounts. Unfortunately, trying to get Google to respond is not very easy, but we are trying. Thanks for letting me know.
Why does only SCS have this problem on Gmail? I guess one question to ask each side is what changed three weeks ago, when the SCS email graphics all broke?
That's what we are waiting for the Gmail people to answer. It's not on our end - it's on gmail's end. Nothing changed for us and no other providers have issues.
Just thought I would let you know that the last several weeks the images are broken links when I get my weekly email. I know to click on the link to the tutorial to see it, but many won't know that. If they don't see an image they won't click.
I'm merging you into the existing thread on this issue. Also there was a note in today's inkling about it. Unfortunately it's not us, it's a Google issue so we are at their mercy. We are not the only company affected.
