Adding an Album
 

I need help! I've tried adding an album to my gallery so that I can move all of my baby scrapbook pages into it. I went through the "Add an Album" stuff and it doesn't show up in my gallery. I guess I'm assuming that's where it should be. What am I doing wrong?

that's odd. so you went to Album Admin > Add Album, filled in the info and submitted, and no album? I'm afraid I'm not completely familiar with this. can anyone else help out here?

Yep. When I go to Album Admin, it shows up, but when I look in my gallery it's not there.

I can (BIG thanks to Jenn!!!) I had the same problem and she helped me figure it out. 1st you do the whole add an album thing but it won't appear in your gallery.

Then open the card/page and go to edit photo. When you get there click on the change category and at the very bottom of the list should be your new folder. Click on that then hit submit changes.

Your card/page will be moved there and it will create that folder at the top of your gallery. I was sooooo excited to figure that out for my RAKs!!! Good luck!

Did you add your pictures to it yet?

Click on the photo you want to add to your album, then click on "Edit Photo", then you want to Change Category, use the drop down and find your album name, them submit.

And just a FYI:
Once you move stuff to your personal album, they will no longer be sorted by set/technique/etc.

They are still accessible if people look in your gallery & go into your album, and can still be found if a search is done.
