Default Yet another Craft Fair question

Hi Ladies,

I have seen many forum discussions regarding pricing for craft fairs and the general consensus I get is cards are usually anywhere from $1 to $2.

My question is for those experienced with craft fairs, how intricate are your cards being sold in the $1 to $2 price range? Many of the uploads in the gallery, I would pay MUCH more for! Are the cards you have for sale very simple - bit of stamping, layering, done? Or more intricate with fibers, embellishments, techniques, etc?

I'm no where near prepared for a craft fair, but I would like to consider it for next year's Holiday season.

As always, TIA for your help!

I feel it's a sliding scale. The more elaborate a card is, the more it will cost at a craft fair. However, many of the cards in the gallery would not even be sold at a craft fair because the would cost too much ($4+) and would not sell. They are purely a labor of love and are given to those who appreciate them. Cards at craft fairs are typically more simple. Just my own $.02.

I will let you know in a couple of weeks. Actually, you don't want it too complicated. A layer or two, maybe some glitter or ribbon that's it. They want cheap.
