well, to help out those of you who are actually trying to buy, I stopped trying to see the old or new store. good luck of those with patience and money! it is fun to watch all the hoopla.

It's sanity, not strength. I just can't buy under this kind of pressure of trying to throw everything into a cart hoping that it doesn't run out, etc. It isn't fun and I almost always buy stuff that I didn't really want. Does that make sense?
I almost always place any PTI orders about a week before the new release. Also gives me time to read what customers have to say about the products. And then I avoid huge impulse buys!
I hear you Joan and I'm falling into your camp. I am a loyal PTI customer and will be as long as they're in business, which I hope is a long time. But... you knew there was one didn't you?....I'm losing the desire to participate on Release night after several months of getting booted off forums and whatnot. I cannot take the rollercoaster up and down on release night. I'm just planning to go to bed and order after a few days when hopefully the kinks are worked out. Today I registered on the new site and loaded my Gift Certificates as instructed but my account still showed a zero balance. Not sure what's up with that. {sigh} I've no doubt the PTI customer service will get it sorted out and I'll get credit for them but I'm just too tired to deal with the hassle tonight. If things get sold out I'll either wait or maybe better yet I'll be more realistic about what I "need".

Man but I'm getting good at typing www.papertreyink.com! LOL! I'm one of those other ones who also have no clue how to switch from IE to firefox, Safari.

Yeah, PTI has wonderful products and Nichole does an amazing job with her DT of selling them to us. But, I still have stamps that don't have ink so I'm not in any rush (except I still wouldn't mind having the envelope liner die and the linen texture plate RIGHT now!)

So close but so far...I am getting the yahoo thingie when I hit my cart. And I have NO IDEA how to switch my browser??!!!
Kelly, you may not have another browser installed. I have multiple browsers on my PC's, but only Safari on my Mac.
Did you try just typing in www.papertreyink.com or papertreyink.com instead of clicking on a link to it? That helps sometimes! Also, clearing your cookie cache, if that helps any. . .
Anyone know if the Simply Chartreuse paper is going to be available? Just wondering if it was a missed in the last minute switch back to the old server?
