I hear you Joan and I'm falling into your camp. I am a loyal PTI customer and will be as long as they're in business, which I hope is a long time. But... you knew there was one didn't you?....I'm losing the desire to participate on Release night after several months of getting booted off forums and whatnot. I cannot take the rollercoaster up and down on release night. I'm just planning to go to bed and order after a few days when hopefully the kinks are worked out. Today I registered on the new site and loaded my Gift Certificates as instructed but my account still showed a zero balance. Not sure what's up with that. {sigh} I've no doubt the PTI customer service will get it sorted out and I'll get credit for them but I'm just too tired to deal with the hassle tonight. If things get sold out I'll either wait or maybe better yet I'll be more realistic about what I "need". |

Yeah, PTI has wonderful products and Nichole does an amazing job with her DT of selling them to us. Kelly, you may not have another browser installed. I have multiple browsers on my PC's, but only Safari on my Mac.
Did you try just typing in www.papertreyink.com or papertreyink.com instead of clicking on a link to it? That helps sometimes! Also, clearing your cookie cache, if that helps any. . . |

Well it does look like the ink refill & pad for $6 is only for the new color.. not any of the existing new formula inks.. :(
