I found used worked best for me, but now I use parchment paper or even wax paper with the same results. (That was a tip from my late friend Theresa Tauscher from California. )

I purchased the magic mats - even with flipping...

I purchased the magic mats - even with flipping and rotating they still warp, but can be easily 'melted' back with a heat gun. I do recommend them...
