I just run mine under water and the ink just washes out. I've heard that they can run through the dishwasher on the top rack, but can't go through the dry cycle. I've never used the dishwasher and...

I also use Classic Ink pads on the glossy cardstock and have not had a problem with smudging. I've even used the color spritzer that leaves droplets of ink with no smudging.

I found the 1/4" pastel pom poms at Hobby Lobby last night. I made some today for my next workshop as treats. The instructions were VERY helpful. TFS
