This is common with felt/linen ink pads (dye ink). I have pads from other brands that do the same thing. If it's not affecting yoru stamped image, then there's nothing to worry about. :)

I prefer paper. They allow for a much better impression should I decide to stamp on them or whatnot (ink stamped on fabric flowers has a tendancy to bleed or at least blur, and ruin the impression)....
