sad to say, i tried punching the ribbon using cardstock as a background and was still not getting a *clean* hole plus the ribbon sort of pulled where i made the hole. guess i will continue...

WOW. i cannot believe it. i was just about to start the same thread. i have had horrible results trying to put a hole through ribbon. i like the cardstock behind the ribbon idea. cant wait to try it....
