hello Sara, Yes you must heat set the white...

hello Sara,

Yes you must heat set the white stamp pad it is a craft ink which means it is a thicker ink and will take a long time to dry if not heat set or heat embossed... I love the SU ink pads...

UPS is not on strike in Canada anymore
