Bags to use for Top Note purse?

I love the little bags and purses made from the Top Note die, but I don't think I have the right paper bags. I have the lunch size, but it looks like the base is way too wide; is there another size...

FYI: cute album on Crop-a-dile website

My upline actually stumbled upon it when she was looking for better directions - if you go to werontheweb.net and click on products then Crop-a-dile, there's a really cute mini-album they do for you....

For my wedding I want to stamp on napkins...what is the best ink for this? I'd like to use the Ballet Blue, but if it's safer to use another type of ink, I'll have to find another color!
