I get mine at Wal-Mart in the craft section. There is I think 100 to a package for $2.50 or something like that. They are little zip loc bags that jewellers use.

OK, so first you need a safety can opener, it takes the whole rim off the can instead of the inside of the lid. You open the bottom of the can, do what you like with contents, clean and dry the can....

The only way I know about is cutting out the window and placing clear packing tape on backside of window and sprinkling glitter on the front (sticky) part and mount over your image. HTH :D
