3 1/2" x 5" envelope source?

Does anyone have a source for the small 3 1/2" x 5" envelopes. SU! sells them with the cards only. I have a friend that regularly makes cards that size.

The bordering blue looks so much blue-er with the so saffron....it oftens has a gray look to me. This was a nice combo and an easy card.
(Just the way I like it!)
