Can alcohol inks be used with embossed images?

I am stamping some images to be used in a card kit swap. Would the recipient be able to use alcohol inks pens (Copics) on images heat embossed with black EP? I would try it out first but I don't own...

I also think ofprimitive as being simple and rustic. The colors used in Primitove arw usually dArker and more muted. I loke the primitive style. Very warm and cozy.
