I was having trouble with mine last week. Not wanting to cut through the paper all the way. Talk about fustrating!!! One minute it's work...

I have a question. My circut isn't cutting all the way through my paper anymore. I am using SU paper so it's thick. I did try and change the pressure and speed but it still doesn't go all the way...
